Hi, I'm Becca! I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve landed on this page, chances are you’re carrying a lot—stuck in anxious thoughts, navigating relationship patterns that leave you second-guessing yourself, or feeling weighed down by past experiences that you can’t quite shake. Maybe you find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, or staying in spaces that don’t feel good, because it’s what you’ve always known. I work with people who feel stuck between what they’ve been through and who they want to become.
Many of my clients come to me feeling disconnected from themselves—struggling with old ways of being and thinking that keep showing up in present day. Whether you’re dealing with the aftermath of difficult experiences, chronic self-doubt, or patterns that feel impossible to break, I’m here to provide the support and guidance you need.
In our work together, we’ll get curious about what’s underneath the anxiety and stress. We’ll explore the stories you’ve carried, the relationships that shaped you, and the parts that you’ve learned to silence along the way. I’m here to help you make sense of your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels more like your own. I’m honored to be a part of your journey.

I value your whole self
I appreciate all of the little parts of you that make you whole. Each part is meaningful, important, and crucial in our work together.
My Values
I value self-determination
You are your biggest cheerleader, advocate, love, and support. I value your motivation to be the best version of yourself and reach your maximum potential.
I value compassion and empathy
I meet clients where they are at in life, and have empathy for where you have been, where you are, and where you will go.
I value working on myself
Even therapists have to continue to work on themselves in order to show up for you! I continue to enhance my clinical skills through a variety of work or educational-related opportunities, as well as engaging in self-care.
